In 2012, the company's management team saw many new additions, with most teams having only six months of time to work together. However, under the correct leadership of the chairman and general manager, and with the close cooperation of all excellent Haitong people, the company has achieved remarkable results across the board: Main business doubled, planned implementation of various tasks, rapid formation and implementation of professional company structure and functions, improved overall management level, initial establishment of corporate culture, partial relocation and commissioning of the Wenzhou factory, etc., all achieved certain success. However, while making achievements, we have also found problems in our work. In order to better understand the performance and shortcomings in the actual work, effectively summarize, learn from and promote the smooth progress of various tasks in the 2013 sales and production annual plans, the following is this year's work summary report:

Success comes from hard work, and effort pays off. Looking back on 2012, we have harvested much and are very satisfied.
VIII. Achieve business goals and build a high-performing team.
With the joint efforts of all employees, a total of 220KK pcs of production tasks were completed in 2012 (excluding outsourced products), main business income doubled compared to last year, and various costs and expenses were effectively and reasonably controlled. The annual business goals were fully achieved and created a historical high, laying a solid foundation for the company's rapid development.

First, by externally recruiting a group of professional managers who understand management, technology, and production, and through effective planning and structural adjustments, we have optimized the management team and basically achieved the best use of personnel, to a certain extent demonstrating our human resource advantages. Secondly, through the梳理of the ISO9000 quality management system, we have further improved the organizational structure, process reengineering, and system implementation, ensuring clear division of labor and responsibilities.
II. Enhance comprehensive strength and build corporate culture.
In order to consolidate the company's advantages and enhance its image, a corporate value system based on "virtue, integrity, good intentions, and gratitude" has been initially established. The Haitong visual identity system has been introduced, and the company website has been regularly updated and maintained without any additional costs, increasing brand awareness and improving the company's soft power.
We will continue to uphold the corporate tenet of "integrity, harmony, innovation, and excellence," and the corporate mission of "enhancing market customer value and enabling our employees to grow and develop together with the company." We will adhere to the quality philosophy of "only good quality, there is good market," and strive to become a quality enterprise with a century-old vision of being "the most professional provider and manufacturer of electronic product accessory solutions." At the same time, through various forms of publicity and education and training, we will ensure that all employees fully understand and internalize the corporate culture.
III. Strengthen market expansion and optimize product structure.
In 2012, we made great progress in the development of new customers, new products, and new projects, achieving the goal of doubling year-on-year sales. Currently, the company's customer base mainly includes large enterprise groups such as Lenovo, Longqi, and Huaqin, with products mainly consisting of antennas, shielding covers, and connectors. However, the customer structure needs improvement, with a high proportion of large customer sales, creating a certain level of risk associated with customer concentration. In November, the new Wenzhou factory was put into production and operation as planned, enabling the company to further increase production capacity, adjust product structure, and plan for diversified (product lines), group, and capital development.
IV. Adhere to technological innovation and improve lean production.
This year, the company invested significant human and financial resources in design and development, lean production, and quality control. Strict requirements were placed on mold structure, precision, stability, and utilization rate. Production ERP control, quality traceability and review, and verification processes were also strengthened. The Haitong team's understanding of efficient and pragmatic, meticulous manufacturing and creation continues to be promoted; the team's cooperation and coordination are also commendable, tasks are generally completed with self-conscious cooperation, and emergency tasks can be handled with concerted efforts. Through 6S and some training and morning meetings, most personnel have made significant progress in skills and problem-solving. In the future, the company will continue to recruit mid-to-high-end technical production and management personnel, strengthen external exchanges, introduce advanced industry technologies, and accelerate research and development, manufacturing, and model upgrades to lay the foundation for clustered, scaled, and lean production.
V. Integrate management systems and enhance responsibility.
Without rules, nothing can be accomplished. Scientific system design and implementation are our guiding principles, and the behavioral norms for achieving company goals and scientific management. This year, the company has issued and supplemented a series of management systems, people-oriented and virtuous and honest, strengthening the company's standardized and people-oriented management; and has integrated and improved employee behavior, work processes, and management regulations in many ways. Various welfare policies have been gradually implemented, and the supervision and implementation of various systems are basically normal. In addition, the company has also delved into traditional culture, organizing multiple "Happy Life" study sessions, clarifying right and wrong, practicing gratitude, effectively increasing team cohesion and gratitude, and deepening employees' sense of responsibility and belonging to the company.
In 2012, our achievements are commendable, but many problems (shortcomings) have also been exposed.
First, there is a lack of team awareness and insufficient execution. Some departments shirk responsibility, find excuses, or when systems are issued, they are discounted layer by layer and eventually come to nothing.
Second, quality awareness needs to be strengthened. We must not only produce qualified products, but also create industry-leading products that exceed customer expectations. All Haitong people should possess this quality awareness.
Third, management supervision is lacking. 6S in the production workshop, labor discipline, process discipline, etc., need to be strengthened. Employee self-inspection and cost control must be implemented; mold processing, production manufacturing work progress tracking has not been implemented, mold quality and production delivery time need to be improved.
Fourth, there are still shortcomings in personnel recruitment, education and training, document control, and system implementation, which urgently need to be strengthened. On the one hand, we need to develop effective recruitment channels and establish a complete training system. On the other hand, according to work needs, we need to establish a practical work performance evaluation system and implement it without compromise.
Fifth, we need to strengthen budget and planning awareness and achieve strategic intentions through planning.
2013 Work Plan
People-oriented, hard work pays off. Looking forward to 2013, we are entering a new era of cross-domain development. The new year brings new hope, and the new journey carries new dreams. We will continue to carry forward Haitong's traditional advantages and constantly improve on our shortcomings. In 2013, we will focus on the following points:
First, clarify the financial budget and achieve planned goals
1. The company must complete the planned budget for main business income, expense indicators, profit indicators, receivables, inventory, and other financial indicators that are reasonable and sustainable. See the "2013 Haitong Communications Financial Budget Report" for details.

Second, allocate resources reasonably and improve the working environment
1. Continue to recruit excellent management personnel, technical personnel, and front-line workers from outside the company, and reserve more than 20 outstanding college graduates to strengthen the company's management and technical teams.
2. Increase the intensity of education and training for middle and high-level management personnel and key employees, inviting experts or outsourcing training more than 5 times. Optimize performance and improve efficiency through responsibility assessment.
3. Improve the new factory in Wenzhou, including the administrative building, R&D center, production workshop, dormitory building, and canteen, to enhance production, living, and supporting functions.
4. Plan to add mold processing equipment, experimental equipment, automatic punch presses, and some automated production and assembly equipment.
Third, expand the sales team and gradually upgrade the strategy.
1. We must continue to maintain existing customer resources and strengthen the breadth and depth of cooperation with key customers; promptly improve and resolve customer needs in response to customer complaints.
2. Expand the professional sales team for shielding housings and connectors; improve the professional quality and business performance of business personnel through effective training; take the initiative to attack and achieve breakthroughs, supporting the achievement of the company's strategic goals.
3. Utilize the network and upstream platforms to fully understand external information. By introducing and establishing professional product line teams, continuously develop new upstream and downstream products, develop new customers, and systematically complete the company's product upgrades, technological upgrades, and management upgrades.
Fourth, strengthen quality awareness and create international quality.
1. Conduct systematic training on the "Quality Manual," "Procedure Documents," etc., conducting in-depth analysis from multiple aspects such as organizational framework, management responsibilities, product production, process flow, and personnel structure. Clarify the functions and specific work processes of each department, and simultaneously improve the "Job Responsibility Compilation" and "Management System Compilation." Ensure that every task has someone in charge, everyone has specific responsibilities, work has standards, and assessments have a basis.
2. Increase the frequency of quality analysis, strengthen quality prevention and improvement, and focus on key customer complaints and improvements to make Haitong's quality strive for excellence, gradually reaching the requirements of the highest-end host manufacturers in the industry, and achieving international quality.
3. Plan to purchase imported equipment and introduce high-end technical talents to build a group of high-skilled, high-quality, and high-performing R&D teams, achieving "permanent leadership in the industry" in mold manufacturing and parts processing, and striving to become a leading enterprise in the communications electronics industry.
Fifth, implement lean production and strengthen cost control.
1. Strengthen production plan control. Maintain basic data records such as the "Daily Production Capacity Table," "Production Capacity Analysis Table," "Daily Production Report," "Equipment Operating Rate," and "Mold Maintenance Record Sheet."
2. Strengthen material cost control, focusing on strict control of raw material procurement, safety inventory, obsolete inventory, and material turnover cycle.
3. Strengthen control over the timeliness and qualification rate of procurement and outsourcing, assisting in improvement and implementing rewards and penalties.
4. Summarize the analysis of monthly non-conforming situations and order the responsible departments to rectify within a time limit.
5. Raise 6S management to a strategic level, improve employee quality, enhance the company's image, and build a solid foundation for the enterprise's management system.
Sixth, meticulous planning and relocation work.
Relocation is a systematic and large-scale project. The company will prepare for and transition through related work, including policy publicity, ideological mobilization, personnel allocation, machinery and equipment, production scheduling, material control, and supporting management systems.
