Haitong - 2012 Outstanding Employee Selection Activity

This selection activity will be based on the principles of fairness, objectivity, justice, and democratic openness. General Manager Jin Haiyan will be personally responsible. The process will involve internal competitions within each department of the company. Those selected by the selection committee will be named as the outstanding employees of Haitong Communication Electronics Co., Ltd. for 2012 and will be announced and commended at a banquet on February 3rd.
To encourage employee enthusiasm, showcase outstanding employees, gain a more comprehensive understanding of company employees, improve work efficiency, and effectively incentivize outstanding employees while establishing company role models. To ensure everyone strives towards the same direction and goals, ultimately achieving a win-win situation of mutual growth between employees and the company, the annual Outstanding Employee Selection will be held in early January 2013.
This selection activity will adhere to the principles of fairness, objectivity, justice, and democratic openness. General Manager Jin Haiyan will personally oversee the process, which will involve internal evaluations within each department of the company. Those selected by the evaluation team will be recognized as the Haitong Communication Electronics Co., Ltd. 2012 Annual Outstanding Employees, and will be publicly commended at a banquet held on February 3rd.
Through the annual Outstanding Employee Selection activity, selected outstanding employees will receive a certificate of honor signed by the chairman of the board, along with a 1000 yuan reward.
