At noon on March 8, 2021, all 88 female employees of Zhejiang Haitong Communication Electronics Co., Ltd. gathered together to commend the annual "March 8th Red Flag Bearers" and preliminarily plan to establish the Haitong Women's Academy. The Women's Academy aims to promote the common learning and progress of all female employees, making the Haitong female force even stronger.

At noon on March 8, 2021, all 88 female employees of Zhejiang Haitong Communication Electronics Co., Ltd. gathered together to commend the annual "March 8th Red Flag Bearer" and to initially plan the establishment of the Haitong Women's Academy. The Women's Academy aims to promote the common learning and progress of all female employees, making the Haitong women's force even stronger.
General Manager Ms. Jin Haiyan presented honorary certificates to the Red Flag Bearers. The nominated Haitong female colleagues are Fang Yuxia, Duan Sufang, Chen Liu, Yi Xianqiu, and Zhang Ailing. (The nominations are in no particular order).
Fang Yuxia from the Purchasing Department has always been a purchasing officer, consistently rigorous and diligent in her position, completing all tasks of her duties comprehensively. In her work, she is sincere to others, maintains harmonious relationships with various related departments, and actively assists colleagues in handling matters outside her duties. She has a collective consciousness and does not care about personal gains and losses, truly a practical and excellent old employee.
Duan Sufang from the Customer Service Department, since joining the company, has been dedicated to her work, down-to-earth, diligent, and conscientious. Last year, despite the increased workload in the department she was responsible for, she maintained a positive attitude, actively facing customers and internal colleagues, fully demonstrating the Haitong spirit, and earning consistent recognition from customers.
Chen Liu from the Production Department, usually diligent in her studies, responsible, persevering on the front line, silently contributing, and proficient in her work. In her work, she can work together with other colleagues to help each other and be united and friendly. At the same time, in life, she treats her mother-in-law like her mother, caring and loving her family.
Yi Xianqiu from the Production Department is proactive, conscientious, and dedicated to her work, unafraid of hardship or fatigue. Every day, she rushes to meet customer needs, perfectly completing production tasks. She is honest, creates profits for the company, and is consistently praised by her supervisors and colleagues.
Zhang Ailing from the Quality Department is serious and responsible in her work, proactive in learning, and takes on multiple roles, with outstanding performance and friendly relations with her colleagues. In life, she is responsible for her family, cares for her mother-in-law and children, has a good mother-in-law relationship, is filial to her parents, and calls them every week.
