Haitong Fire Drill: Preventing Fires Before They Start

To enhance fire safety awareness among all employees and strengthen their ability to handle fire and emergency incidents, the company recently conducted a safety training and fire drill.

In recent years, fire accidents have caused heavy losses to society and individuals. Statistics show that 62,000 fires occurred nationwide in 2022, resulting in direct economic losses exceeding 74.1 billion RMB. These fires not only caused casualties but also resulted in significant losses to businesses and individuals. On April 17, 2023, at 2 PM, a factory building of a certain company in Wuyi, Zhejiang Province caught fire, resulting in 11 fatalities. Fire accidents not only threaten people's lives but also cause enormous economic and social losses.

Therefore, strengthening fire prevention and emergency management is crucial. To enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees and improve their ability to handle fire and emergency situations, the company recently conducted safety training and fire drills.

In this safety training, the company invited professional safety instructors to explain various safety topics, including but not limited to:

Fire prevention knowledge

Electrical safety knowledge

Gas leak handling methods

Emergency rescue procedures The instructors explained various safety knowledge in an easy-to-understand manner, using real-life cases for analysis and explanation, allowing employees to more deeply understand the importance of safety.

Following the safety training, the company organized a fire drill. In the drill, the company simulated a fire accident, and employees successfully evacuated within the stipulated time and practiced the correct use of fire extinguishers.

Employees actively participated in the drill, successfully completing it according to the predetermined plan, and conducting a summary and reflection afterwards. Through this drill, employees gained a clearer understanding of the seriousness of fire accidents and the correct methods for responding to them.

This safety training and fire drill not only improved employees' safety awareness and emergency response capabilities but also laid a solid foundation for the company's safety management. The company will continue to strengthen its safety efforts to ensure the safety of employees' lives and property.

Experts from the Wenzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, Wenzhou Municipal Taxation Bureau, and Wenzhou Accounting Society have joined forces to support the sustainable and healthy development of Zhejiang Haitong.
