Salary and Benefits:
1. New employees will receive one month of factory training. During the training period, the basic salary is 60 yuan/day (8 hours), and overtime pay will be calculated separately. After one month, the piece-rate wages for production line operators can reach 2500-3500 yuan/month, and skilled piece-rate workers can reach more than 4000 yuan/month.
2. Skills assessment and salary adjustments will be organized every quarter, and performance appraisals and salary adjustments will be organized annually.
