It was summer vacation, and many employees' children came from other places to reunite with their parents. However, most employees were too busy with work to take care of their children during work hours. Ms. Jin Haiyan, the general manager of the company, organized a 20-day second session of the "Children's Fun Summer" summer camp in August 2015 to express gratitude for their contributions to the company and to take advantage of the summer vacation for the children.
Employees from all over the country have gathered to form the Haitong family. Within this warm collective, there is a group that deserves special attention: They are away from their hometowns, working diligently for the company; their children are at home, and family reunions are rare.
During the summer vacation, many employees' children came from other places to reunite with their parents. Compared to previous summer camps, this one included readings of "The Great Learning" and "The Doctrine of the Mean," handicrafts, and a nature release activity. Holding summer camps for employees' children is a care initiative the company launched for employees' family members and children. It further satisfies the practical needs of employees, enriches the summer vacation lives of employees' children, demonstrates the company's deep care for employees and their children, and enhances the company's cohesion.
